On examination days, no student is allowed to enter the Examination Hall before the General Assembly.
No leave other than medical leave is sanctioned during the examination period. A valid medical certificate must be submitted on the same day.
Leave taken during examinations will not be considered for promotion and will be at the risk of parents.
Medical certificates do not guarantee promotion. Students must secure required pass marks.
No medical certificate will be considered for promotion in Class IX and above.
Missed examinations will not be conducted again under any circumstances.
Students using unfair means will be disqualified. Possession of notes or unauthorized material is strictly prohibited.
Final results once declared will not be reconsidered. Promotion is at the discretion of the Principal.
Parents must sign the Report Card and return it the next day.
Answer scripts are retained for 7 days only. Requests for re-evaluation must be made within this period.
Evaluation is strictly under school jurisdiction. No external authority is allowed to interfere.
