A minimum attendance of 75% of the working days is required for promotion. Students must attend the General Assembly on time. Late comers may be sent home.
No student is allowed to leave the school premises during school hours without written permission from the Principal based on a parent’s request.
Leave of absence is granted only for serious reasons and must be applied in advance with written permission from parents or guardians.
Students taking frequent leave for social events or coming late regularly may be asked to discontinue.
Extension of vacation without prior permission is not allowed. Students doing so may have their names removed from the school rolls.
Medical leave exceeding 3 days must be supported with a valid MBBS doctor’s certificate. For leave beyond 6 days, the Principal must be informed.
All leave applications must be signed by parents/guardians. Failure to submit may result in the student being sent back home.
Continuous absence for 6 days without permission may lead to removal of the student’s name from the rolls without notice.
Re-admission after removal will require payment of admission and full fees for the absent period.
Leave applications must be submitted before taking leave and must be approved by the Principal.
